Insulating material is interpos between two thin-walled outside shells cohesively connected by anchors, in a sandwich-type composite panel or slab used in building. The shells (1) are firmly held together by joint anchors (3-7) made of non-rusting material. The intervening hollow space is filled with insulating material (2) incorporating recesses (8) which run parallel to each other and are mutually offset. The shells are pref. less than 1.5cm. thick and anchors can be made of rustless steel or plastics, of any suitable shape. This is very widely applicable, weatherproof, and light enough for handling without cranes, and can be cut to any shape or structured.
|
