PURPOSE:To eliminate uneven recording density by controlling a heat generating resistor with a strobe signal less in the pulse width when recording information on the preceding line is black and with that large in the pulse width when recording information on the current line is black while that on the preceding line is white. CONSTITUTION:Recording information on the preceding line is stored in parallel into latch circuit 201-20n each with a set and recording information on the current line is stored in series into latch circuit 101-10n. a strobe signal less in the pulse width is inputted into open-collector type inverter circuits 601-60n through a terminal S2 when the recording information on the preceding line is black. A strobe signal large in the pulse width is inputted into an inverter circuit through a terminal S1 when the recording information on the current line is black while that on the preceding line is white. |
