<p>A device for extracting the meat from small crustacea comprises a mechanism (1) for crushing the tests of the crustacea, a mechanism (3) for separation of the meat from other components of the crustacea and a mechanism (2) for separation of easily migrating to the surface components of the crustacea, which is situated between the mechanism (1) for crushing the tests and the mechanism (3) for separation of the meat. The mechanism (2) for separation of the components easily migrating to the surface is executed as a separation chamber (9) filled in with a working liquid and provided in its upper area with a pipe socket (10) for removing the floating components of the crustacea and in its lower area with a pipe (11) for removing the deposited components of the crustacea, the inlet end (12) of which is provided with a hydraulic ejector (13) and the outlet end (14) is located above the level of the liquid in the separation chamber (9) over a feed hopper (23) of the mechanism (3) for separation of the meat, the separation chamber (9) being connected to a receiving bunker (16) with a connecting pipe (15). A diffuser (8) of the mechanism (1) for crushing the tests and a pipe (18) for feeding the working liquid are mounted above the receiving bunker (16). The device is intended preferably for processing the antarctic shrimp (krill).</p> |
