Laser with intensity modulation

摘要

A laser with intensity modulation on the basis of the spontaneous coupling of transversal modes is allocated a control loop for stabilising the frequency and/or amplitude of the laser radiation. This control loop comprises a highly stabilised oscillator and a comparator circuit for comparing the laser radiation with the oscillator output signal for the purpose of generating a control signal. The control signal acts on the laser resonator in order to influence one or more of its parameters in the sense of matching the laser radiation to the oscillator output signal.
