A process gas valve of the type shown in the parent specification has bellows sealed to a mounting member which is sealed between two separate portions of the valve body. An operating member moves in a bore in one of the body portions. A seal is provided between the operating member and the bore. A longitudinally fixed rotatable member opens and closes the closure member, and engages the operating member at a position on the other side of its bore seal relative to the closure member. The valve may be used in a uranium hexafluoride gas centrifuge appts. for uranium isotope sepn. Additional safeguards are provided against leakage following bellows seal failure.
