<p>The equipment is intended to be used as a security device to prevent unauthorised use of a domestic appliance or to prevent disturbance of a program control setting. It consists simple of a rectangular box (1) which is large enough to house a plug, switch or time-clock for example. The box has a lid (2) and a conventional lock (3). Two notches (4) are cut in the middle of two opposite sides of the box and the electric cable lives in these when the box is in position. The box may have a hole (5) in the base to permit viewing or adjust of the contents.</p> |
