Method for preservation by partial dehydration, fine chopping, mixing with vegetable oil in a percentage varying according to the desired density, simultaneously with indirect sterilization by a double sealed wall. All these operations are carried out in an air vacuum for the protection and collection of essences and gas aromas, all these operations being interconnected by a sealed canal. Said succession of stages starts with an active soaking, low collection wringing, constant temperature drying, collection of essences by a condensor to a battery of vacuum pumps. A canal (13) connected to a secondary pump discharges air to the outside, protects the transport and chopping of the material up to the tank of the mixer (24), above which oil is preheated, penetrates through (21) and is mixed at (24) to the row material. The cooking flavourings are collected through a condensor at (22), the temperature is maintained by (18), the canal (32) avoids the thermal shock during the conditionning (31). |
