PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method capable of realizing the design imparting a different material feeling to the central part of a molded article and the peripheral part thereof, reducing occurrence of defect such as a pattern position deviation, and improving the yield of an in-mold molded article.SOLUTION: An injection molding method includes an insert film preliminary adhesion process of bonding and fixing an insert film (4) to the in-mold film of a transfer film (13), and then a molding process of holding the transfer film (13) to which the insert film (4) is bonded between first and second molds (11) and (12) to perform a mold clamping operation, and of injecting a molten resin to transfer-bond the in-mold film and insert film on the surface of a molded article. The method enables making the molded article having the design imparting a different material feeling to the central part or its peripheral part of the article, and further enables making a seamless molded article advantageous in view of strength for a bichrome article or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
