PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep controller having an effect which allows a user to wake up with comfort during rapid eye movement sleep regardless of various environmental factors, without depending on a chance.SOLUTION: A sleep controller (1) comprises a heating part (2), a humidity sensor (4), a setting part and a control circuit (5) for controlling the heating part (2). The control circuit (5) does not perform heating at equal to or more than first temperature which inhibits body temperature reduction during sleep, except for a predetermined period since going to bed, until a present time reaches a predetermined time which is 90-150 minutes to a wake-up scheduled time set to the setting part, by controlling the heating part (2), and since the predetermined time, performs heating at second temperature higher than the first temperature, and the control circuit (5) controls output of the heating part (2) on the basis of humidity detected on the humidity sensor (4). The humidity sensor (4) is arranged so that an effective detection area is directed to a human body, and an air-tight area not for transmitting steam, is provided on a back face side and an outer peripheral part of the detection area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
