PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pregelatinized grain flour manufacturing device capable of forcibly sucking and recovering pregelatinized grain flour together with air near a discharge part from the discharge part, capable of lowering moisture content in air near the discharge part by sucking and recovering the pregelatinized grain flour and air near the discharge part and preventing dew condensation on an inner surface of the discharge part from occurring, and capable of continuously manufacturing the pregelatinized grain flour.SOLUTION: A pregelatinized grain flour manufacturing device includes a grinding part 1 capable of shearing and crushing grain flour E, a supply part 4 capable of supplying grain flour to the grinding part and a discharge part 6 capable of discharging the grain flour sheared and crushed by the grinding part from the grinding part, further includes a heating part 9 for heating a grinding board 3 and, in collaboration of heating of grain flour by means of the heating part with shear crushing of grain flour, manufactures the pregelatinized grain flour F. Therein, a suction recovering part 10 for sucking and recovering the pregelatinized grain flour discharged from the discharge part is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
