PURPOSE:To effectively cool a wire electrode in the vicinity of a guide, by providing a cylindrical guide holder of the wire electrode in a machining liquid nozzle so as to allow machining liquid to flow from the inside to the outside of the guide holder. CONSTITUTION:The guide holder 10A of a wire electrode being formed in a cylindrical shape, is held in the nozzle main unit 5 of machining liquid, providing a die guide 61 in the end part of the holder. A plural number of holes 24, allowing the machining liquid to flow from the inside to the outside, are provided in the cylindrical part. In consequence, the machining liquid is sufficiently supplied to also a wire electrode in the vicinity of the die guide 61, improving the efficiency of cooling the electrode. |
