PURPOSE:To prevent the dispersion of production by arranging fixed spacers in a gap part between glass substrates, reducing the pressure so as to suck an opposed glass plate up to the size of the spacer, and under said status, heating and hardening peripheral adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The electrode sides of the opposed glass substrates 2, 2' forming electrode patterns 1, 1' on their surfaces and glass fiber chips having 8mum diameter are arranged between the glass substrates 2, 2' as spacers, and under said status, the glass substrates 2, 2' are positioned and overlapped. The overlapped glass substrates 2, 2' are inserted into a bag-like heat resisting film sealed at the periphery and the film is bag pressure-reduced by using a vacuum lapping machine to seal the other side by heat-sealing and make the film bag pressure-reduced and sealed status. After being heated and hardened, the bag is cut off and taken out. Thus, the dispersion of panel accuracy is extremely improved. |
