PURPOSE:To prevent toner blocking between a control member and a magnet roll by arranging the control member slantingly at a specific angle to a straight line running in the center of the magnet roll. CONSTITUTION:The control member 8 is slanted around the front edge 8' of a trimming part in the rotating direction of the magnet roll 7' at an angle theta to the straight line (a) connecting the control member 8 and the front edge 8' of the trimming part. Consequently, when the napping amount of toner conveyed by the magnet roll 7 is specified by the control member 8, and toner which is not specified strikes the front end surface 8a of the control member 8, but the control member 8 is slanted at the angle theta, so its impact force is dispersed in a direction alpha, so that compression force that the toner receives is reduced. Therefore, no toner blocking occurs even when the gap S1 between the magnet roll 7 and control member 8 is extremely small. |
