PURPOSE:To raise the ventilability of a heat-insulating sheet by a method in which many continuous cellular grooves leading by a presser from the adhesive surface of an expanded sheet through the central part of the adhesive surface to their end edge portions are provided to a heat-insulating sheet consisting of the expanded sheets. CONSTITUTION:Many continuous cellular grooves leading from the adhesive surface of an expanded sheet through the central part of the adhesive surface to their edges are provided to a bonding heat-insulating sheet consisting of the expanded sheets having a closed cellular structure and a flat adhesive surface to form a heat-insulating sheet. The expanded sheet used is one of polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., having a closed cellular structure to be converted into a continuous cellular structure with breakage of the films of air bubbles by a pressing force higher than the pressing force of 0.5kg/cm<2>. In the bonding heat-insulating sheet so obtained, no air and adhesive vapor are enclosed in the adhesive faces in the bonding operation, and the bonding of the sheets can thus be very easily and exactly made and the discharge of moisture generated can be easily made. |
