Conjugated lipopolysaccharides, process for their preparation and their use as immunizing agents

The preparation of modified lipopolysaccharides carrying cyanate functional groups, and their conjugation with molecules carrying nucleophilic groups, such as peptides, proteins, nucleic acids, glycopeptides, glycoproteins, haptens and synthetic organic molecules. Application of these conjugates to the triggering of the secretion of specific antibodies directed against the molecule carrying nucleophilic groups, by B lymphocytes, in vivo as in vitro, and to obtaining hybridomas secreting these antibodies.
