PURPOSE:To provide an insulation paint for coil impregnation, having excellent rust-preventive property without using a vapor-phase inhibitor, curable at a low temperature in a short time, and suitable for the bearing of motor, etc., by adding a specific stabilizer and a catalyst to a polyester polyol. CONSTITUTION:The objective paint is produced by compounding (A) a polyester polyol obtained by reacting a fatty acid and a carboxylic acid with a polyhydric alcohol (e.g. ethylene glycol) (the hydroxyl group is excess to the carboxyl group) with (B) a stabilized polyisocyanate obtained by stabilizing the isocyanate group with a blocking agent (e.g. methanol) and (C) a catalyst (e.g. tin octoate). The amount of the blocked isocyanate of the component B is 0.3-1.2 equivalent per 1 equivalent of the hydroxyl group of the component A, and that of the component C is preferably 0.005-5pts.wt. per 100pts. of the sum of the components A and B.
