PURPOSE:To economize the capacity of a data memory by performing data processing operation only in the time section determined by the time data relating to the peak rise and fall stored in the time data area of the memory. CONSTITUTION:The data processing unit of this analytical device is so constituted as to permit selection of two modes; a mode for analyzing a standard sample and a mode for analyzing a sample to be measured. When the mode for analyzing the standard sample is selected, the unit detects the rise of the peak, the summit of the peak and the end point of the peak, stores the respectively points of the time for the detection and calculates and stores the time width before and after the point of the time for the summit of the peak by taking the point of the time for the rise and end point of the peak into consideration. When the mode for analyzing the sample to be measured is selected, the unit takes the outputs from the detectors of the analytical device into a data memory within the certain time width before and after each peak according to the above- mentioned storage and performs prescribed data processing. The memory capacity is thus considerably decreased and further the taking in or the data processing of the unnecessary data on the sample to be measured is eliminated. |
