PURPOSE:To reduce the frequency of maintenance and to measure continuously and precisely the conducting of liquid for a long period by grasping a value of coating resistance quantitatively while suppressing a decrease in electrode surface area due to the sticking of insulating particulates. CONSTITUTION:Quantitative transport pumps 6 and 7 are put in operation while valves 151 and 161 are closed and opened respectively. Consequently, a specific amount of calibrating undiluted liquid 2 from a storage tank 4 and ion exchange water 3 with a constant flow rate from a storage tank 5 are supplied, and they are mixed and adjusted by a mixer 8 into a solution with constant concentration, therefore, constant conductivity and then supplied to a reference measuring cell 10 and further to a measuring cell 171 through a filter 9, so that the conductivity of the solution is measured by a reference electrode 11 and a measuring electrode 181. Then when the conductivity of the solution is measured correctly by the reference electrode 11, a correcting coefficient is calculated accurately and a measured value of conductivity of reactor water obtained by the measuring electrode 181 is also corrected accurately.
