PURPOSE:To prevent damages to a heat accumulating mass as well as waste of superheated steam and air by arranging the angle between vanes which are attached to the periphery of a wheel with suitably uneven pitches and suitably modulating the length of respective vanes so that the pitch of movement of a blower may become constant. CONSTITUTION:When hoods 6a, 6b disposed at both free ends of a low-temperature side duct 1 which are opposed to a stator 3 are rotated in the direction of arrow (c), and a vane 18 of a wheel 16 comes in contact with a vane contact end 28 of an actuator 27 which is disposed in a high-temperature side duct 2, the wheel 16 is rotated by a large angle beta1 because the length of said vane 18 is the greatest. Therefore, even though a crank arm 25 and a connecting rod are away from each other to a maximum degree to be linearly aligned, the movement pitch P1 of the blower 9 becomes larger. When a vane 19 comes in contact with an end 23 thereafter, the wheel 16 rotates only by a small angle beta2 as the length of said vane 19 is the shortest. In this manner, the movement pitches P1, P2, P3 can be maintained constant.
