In order to reduce the costs for a break-in alarm system, to enable installation by lay persons and to avoid the previously costly installation and systems having satellites, all the important elements such as the alarm transmitter, alarm triggering device, alarm switching central unit, energy donor, door-lock switches, on and off switches are installed in a compact manner in or on the apparatus and are connected without electronics. In order to keep the apparatus as compact as possible, it is equipped with a movement switch which triggers the alarm by means of a pendulum movement, instead of a satellite (trip cord, etc.) which was previously necessary. In order to simplify self-installation, the previously necessary new installation of an electrical door-lock switch is replaced by the door-bolt switch, which rests flat on the lock which is already present and is designed such that it incorporates the bolt, which slides in and out, in its function. In order to produce the apparatus as cost-effectively as possible, it can be equipped with only one relay, which switches two separate circuits, instead of an electronics device which was previously necessary.
