PURPOSE:To obtain water containing components near to natural water from tap water in which sufficient oxygen is dissolved, by treating tap water by mainly utilizing photosynthesis of green algaes in combination with an adsorbent such as activated carbon and an additive such as rock. CONSTITUTION:The disinfection component in tap water is adsorbed and removed by applying activated carbon treatment to said tap water and green algaes such as a spirogyra, chlorella or stonewort are grown in the treated tap water to perform photosynthesis. In this case, when photosynthesis is performed by solar rays, the generation of oxygen bubbles from green algaes is visually observed and the pH value of water gradually changed from an acidic side to an alkaline side with the timewise elapse of photosynthesis. As one example of rock, if limestone is added, the elution amount of potassium becomes much in cooperation with the mutual action of photosynthesis and rock and water near to natural water is obtained.
