PURPOSE:To accelerate color conversion of picture information for printing in a teletext receiver employing a color printer for printing by reading out color information of a picture to a buffer by using plural pixels as one unit, and converting it into the color information suitable to the printer for every readout unit. CONSTITUTION:Data of red R, green G, blud B and a luminance Y are stored by dot of a display scope in a display memory. Dot data of said data is taken out to a data fetching buffer for color conversion by unit length bit consisting of plural dots, and transmitted to a color exchange circuit, which color-converts red, green, blue and luminance data for display into magenta, yellow, cyanogen and black dot data for printer transfer as data for color printer transfer with the aid of soft processing, and transmits it to a data buffer for printer transfer 4. Such a procedure is repeated, and when data length complying with the standard of a color printer 102 is obtained, the data is transferred to the color printer 102. |
