PURPOSE:To provide a shelf stage type gas selective separation module wherein the adhesiveness of a module frame and a separation membrane is enhanced and air-tightness is high, by applying discharge treatment to the separation membrane before adhering the same to the module frame. CONSTITUTION:A separation membrane is obtained by applying discharge treatment to a membrane comprising a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and a perfluorovinyl compound represented by formula. The ratio of the tetrafluoroethylene unit is pref. 70-99mol%. A module unit A is constituted of a module frame 1, separation membranes 2 adhered to both upper and lower surfaces of said module frame 1, the interval holding internal spacer 3 mounted in the module frame 1 and an elastomer 4 for grasping the internal spacer 3. As the elastomer, silicone rubber or acrylic rubber is used. This module unit is used so as to be stacked through an external spacer.
