PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid transfer apparatus and a liquid supply apparatus which can be preferably used for supply of liquid such as a culture solution which needs to avoid mixture of foreign matters.SOLUTION: A liquid transfer apparatus comprises: an intermediate vessel 10 which is connected to a pump and is capable of increasing/decreasing air pressure inside the vessel; a liquid supply flow channel 20 which connects an intermediate vessel 10 to a liquid supply port 24; a first check valve 21 which blocks flow of liquid L flowing backward to the liquid supply port 24 in the liquid supply flow channel 20; a liquid discharge flow channel 30 which connects the intermediate vessel 10 to a liquid discharge port 35; and a second check valve 31 which blocks flow of the liquid L flowing backward to the intermediate vessel 10 in the liquid discharge flow channel 30. The liquid L can be transferred from the liquid supply port 24 to the intermediate vessel 10 by decreasing the air pressure inside the intermediate vessel 10, and the liquid L can be transferred from the intermediate vessel 10 to the liquid discharge port 35 by increasing the air pressure inside the intermediate vessel 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
