[Problem] To allow control of how content is used. [Solution] A content server (1) comprises: a content management unit which links content, an icon which is an image which is linked with the content, and a content allowed use condition, and stores same in a content storage unit; and a server communication unit which, in response to receiving a content request from a client terminal which requests content, transmits the content stored in the content storage unit to the client terminal. The client terminal (2) comprises: a manipulation unit which receives an icon selection manipulation; and a terminal communication unit which transmits to the server the content request which requests the content corresponding to the icon when the manipulation unit receives the selection manipulation.
