PURPOSE:To obtain a broadcast managing device with small size while coping with a change in a delay time by coding a sound signal to retard it, monitoring the sound to discriminate whether or not it is to be broadcast and applying fade-in, fade-out to the coded sound. CONSTITUTION:An input sound signal 11 is converted into a digital value 12 by an A/D converter 1, written into a memory 19 by an address 20 from a write address circuit 4 of a delay circuit 2, a delayed signal 13 is read from the memory 19 at an address 18 made by subtracting a variable delay data 9 from the address 20, and the result is inputted to a muting circuit 6. When a switch SW1 is turned off, a coefficient 8 from a counter 3 outputs a digital signal 14 with 1 level and outputs a sound signal 15 subjected to D/A conversion. The signal 11 is monitored by a monitor circuit 23 and when it is discriminated that the sound signal is not suitable for broadcasting, the SW1 is turned on to bring the coefficient 8 to 0 level thereby fading out the output sound signal 15. In turning off the SW1, the coefficient 8 is brought into 1 level and the sound signal is subject to fade-in. |
