PURPOSE:To enable the production of a large-sized product by performing the piercing of larger sectional area than the product hole on the solid blank plate which is larger in thickness, smaller in length and equivalent of less in width than a product, then by performing an extension work with charging a low melting point material, etc. CONSTITUTION:The solid blank plate 1 which is larger in thickness, smaller in length and equivalent or less in width than the target hollow panel plate is prepared and the hole 2 having the sectional area set bigger than the product hole is pierced in the prescribed number. The metal or alloy having lower melting point than the quality of the blank plate 1 is poured into the pierced hole 2 as a fill 4. Or the powder of high heat resistant material is sealed in with filling instead of the low melting point material. An extension work is in succession executed in hot or cold by a rolling roll 6. A large-sized hollow panel plate is obtainable with removing the fill 4 by heating, etc. Due to the extension work the production of a large-sized hollow panel is enabled. |
