PURPOSE:To reduce the influence of disturbance such as electromagnetic field, sound field and vibration by arranging a shielding box coupled with a bottom plate through a vibration absorbing member having shielding function and flexibility and a vibration preventing device for supporting the box body on the lower side of the box body of which bottom part is opened. CONSTITUTION:The box body 22 is formed by coupling side plates 26 with four sides of a roof plate 25 and opening its bottom part and the bottom plate 23 is coupled with the lower side of the box body 22 through the skirt-like vibration absorbing member 24 having a shielding function and flexibility. The shielding box 21 is constituted by fitting angle-like struts 27 to the four sides of the box body 22 and supporting each strut 27 to a vibration removing board 29 through an air spring 28. Consequently, disturbance due to an electromagnetic field can be removed by the shielding box 21, and even if the box body 22 is vibrated by disturbance due to a sound field or vibration, the vibration is absorbed by the vibration absorbing member 24 and the air springs 28 and the bottom plate 23 and the vibration removing board 29 can be prevented from the transmission of the vibration.
