PURPOSE:To set a threshold potential lower by arranging a level shift circuit comprising plural number of diode-connection MOS transitors (TRs) to the pre-stage of an amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A TR 23 is not conductive before an input signal fed to an input terminal 3 does not exceeds the total sum of threshold voltages of TRs 21,22 and an output signal is generated at an output terminal 5. A TR 23 forms a discharge path driven by an inverted input signal to speed up the operation of the threshold logic circuit when the input signal goes to a common potential. Then a comparatively lower threshold voltage is obtained and the control of the threshold voltage is attained easily. |
