PURPOSE:To contrive to remove surely the air held in resin at molding and the gas generated by foaming of a resin composition, etc. by providing the grooves joining the groove provided on a composite plate and further joining the inner side and the outer side of side walls at the upper surface of the side walls of a bottom force. CONSTITUTION:The air held in resin, when a composite plate 40 is placed on the liquid surface of liquid resin composition poured in a bottom force 30, the gas generated by foaming of the composition and further the composition over flowing therefrom are discharged through the penetrated holes 42 and the groove 44 provided in the composite plate 40 and by way of the grooves 34 provided on the upper surface of the side walls 32 of the bottom force. Accordingly, burrs are molded only in the groove part 34 provided on the bottom force 30, whereby the top force 20 is easily removed, because the burs do not adhere to the top force 20 when a mold 10 is opened. The removing of the burrs is also easily achieved by cutting etc. after the decorating frame has been removed from the mold. |
