RESIN RECOVERING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To circulate effectively the used setting resin and to resupply it by allowing it to fall naturally into a resin recovery tank and introducing it into a pressurized tank for feeding the resin by means of the vacuum suction. CONSTITUTION:The excessive part of the fed and used resin is flowed into a resin recovery pan 1 and allowed to fall naturally into a recovery tank 3 via a resin falling port 2. An on-off valve 4 for resin is ordinarily closed but when the residual quantity of resin in a tank 5 is reached to the specified value and below, it is sensed by a liquid level sensor 7 in the tank 5 and the pressure of a pressure controlling device 10 for coating amount is decreased and a vacuum suction device 6 is operated and the pressure of the tank 5 is kept to the negative pressure to open the valve 4. At this time the resin incorporated in the recovery tank 3 is sucked to recover it into the tank 5 via a pipe 11 and the valve 4. Thereby the resin is reutilized to make its cost profitable.
