PURPOSE:To set quickly the temperature of air to a steady level within a thermostatic chamber by calculating an energization factor of each cycle in consideration with the heat leakage out of the chamber and giving the control of energization to a heater according to said energization factor. CONSTITUTION:A heater 11 is energized in a rising temperature band T1, and the energizing and non-energizing cycles are set to the heater 11 at an excessive temperature band T2 or higher. An energization factor A is calculated as A=alpha(PT/PM)X100(%) when the air temperature within a thermostatic chamber 1 reaches a set level T3. In this case, a constant based on the total leakage amount of heat out of the chamber 1 is shown by alpha; the quantity of heat radiated to the outside of the chamber 1 from the wall surface of said chamber is shown by PT; and the capacity of the heater 11 is shown by PM respectively. While the cycle energization factor B is calculated as B=beta(TS-T)+A(%) when the air temperature reaches the band T2 within the chamber 1. Thus the energization is controlled. Here beta, TS and T show a constant which decides the slope of the air temperature within the chamber 1, a set temperature level and the air temperature within the chamber 1 respectively. Then B=0 is satisfied with B<=0. |
