PURPOSE:To prevent a depression of a visual acuity and to depress an effect of an electromagnetic wave due to CRT to a human body by depositing a metallic film on a monofilament of a synthetic resin and then by covering a frame with a mesh composed of the prescribed filament coated with a black coating material. CONSTITUTION:The titled filter 1 is constructed by coating with the metallic film 8, a core material of the monofilament 7 composed of the synthetic resin, and by covering the window-like frame 4 with the screen mesh 3 knitted the monofilament 2 which coats with the black coating material on the metallic film 8.
