PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent flow characteristics in processing and resistance to heat and impact, consisting of two copolymers. CONSTITUTION:100-1,000pts. (by weight; the same applies hereinbelow) mixture of 50-100% styrene and 50-0% mono- or polyfunctional monomer is polymer ized in the presence of 100pts. enlarged rubbery copolymer (A) having an aver age particle size of 0.12-0.4mu obtd. by adding 0.1-5pts. acid group-contg. copoly mer in a polymer latex obtd. by emulsion-polymerizing 3-40% unsaturated acid such as (meth)acrylic acid, 97-35% 1-12C alkyl acrylate and 0-40% other copolymerizable monomer, to 100pts. (on a solid basis) rubbery copolymer (B) latex obtd. by emulsion-polymerizing 30-99% 2-8C alkyl acrylate and 70-1% 1,3-butadiene, to enlarge component B latex, thus obtaining a graft copolymer (C) component C is blended with a copolymer (D) mainly composed of methyl methacrylate in such a proportion that the quantity of component A accounts for 1-70% of that of the compsn.
