PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extraction machine inhibiting beverage from splashing by aligning a streamline of the beverage flowing down from a dripper valve.SOLUTION: A dripper valve 8 includes: a core rod 81 to be inserted into an extraction port of a dripper; and a plurality of spring receivers 82 radially extending from a lower end of the core rod 81 and with which one end of a spring 32a for downward energizing the dripper valve 8, comes into contact. Grooves 84 extending from the lower end of the core rod 81 toward the dripper along a central axis of the core rod 81 are provided between the plurality of spring receivers 82 on a surface of the core rod 81. The grooves 84 are communicated to a beverage passage space S5 as a space formed between two adjacent spring receivers 82.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
