The under mattress for a recliner has a frame which has lengthwise edges (1) on the inside surfaces of which, at the point supporting the bridge between the user's shoulders and rib cage, are two coaxial opposite facing, rigid rockers (2). Each rocker (2) is suspended from a pivot axle (A) which runs crosswise to the longitudinal axis of the recliner. Each arm of the rocker (2) has attachments (4,5) for at least one transverse slat (7). In the middle of the rocker (2), underneath the pivot axle (A) is a flexible brake (8) for braking the angular deflection of the rocker (2). |
