PURPOSE:To improve sealability between a rotor and a housing ever so better, by thermally spraying abradable materials to an inner surface of a cylinder body, an outer surface of a rotary piston, an inner surface of a cylinder cover or a side face of the rotary piston, etc. CONSTITUTION:Abradable materials 63 and 64 are thermally sprayed to an inner surface of a cylinder chamber in a cylinder body 50 and an inner side face of the cylinder side of each of cylinder covers 54 and 55. Thickness of these abradable materials 63 and 64 is set somewhat larger than a thermal expansion differential between the cylinder body 50 and a rotary piston 53 and a thermal expansion differential between these cylinder covers 54, 55 and this rotary piston 53 as well as a degree of pressure contact allowance between a side face of the rotary piston 53 and the abradable material 64 to be produced by micromotion of an eccentric driving shaft 51. Therefore, the abradable material is shaved off according to thermal expansion allowance in each part so that a minimal clearance is securable at every part.
