PURPOSE:To simplify the whole constitution by connecting a driving shaft in non-penetration state to the inside of a rotor, thus removing the liquid collecting space in a casing-cover body and eliminating the collected-liquid removing work. CONSTITUTION:A female tapped hole 2a is formed at the inside center part of the rotor 2 of a pump, and spline grooves 2b are formed at a prescribed intervals on the peripheral orbit of the tapped hole 2a, and a slidable rotary fitting groove 2c is formed onto the outer ring part. A slidable rotary ring 8 is fitted into the fitting groove 2c, together with an O-ring 10, and a shaft seal device is constituted. The spline shaft part 3a of a driving shaft 3 is inserted from the outside of a casing 1a, and fitted into the spline groove 2a of the rotor 2, and a driving shaft 3 is connected to the rotor 2 by a bolt shaft 5 and the tapped hole 2a.
