PURPOSE:To adjust precisely and easily a home position of a movable member by changing an effective length of a steel belt between a support section and a leaf spring. CONSTITUTION:A motor 2 is normally rotated with a fixed rotating angle, a movable member 8 is pulled by a steel belt 34 to rotate the motor 2 reversely and restore the movable member 8 by an exerting force, thereby the movable member 8 is reciprocated once. Accordingly, an engaging range of gears 24-30 is not usually changed. Further, by folding back the steel belt 34, a reduction ratio is increased and the movable member 8 is minutely moved. By controlling a bending and flexible amount of a leaf spring 39 by rotating an adjusting screw 41, an effective length of the steel belt 34 between a support section 36 and a fixed end of the leaf spring 39 is changed and a home position of the movable member 8 may be precisely and easily adjusted.
