PURPOSE:To reduce the temp. change in the electrical resistance and to obtain the titled composition capable of being used as a resistor in forming the circuit elements of electronic parts of various kinds by incorporating a specified BaTiO3 crystal material as a filler into glass powder consisting essentially of PbO, B2O3 and ZnO. CONSTITUTION:The composition is composed of 85-98wt% glass powder con sisting essentially of PbO, B2O3 and ZnO and 2-15wt% BaTiO3 crystal material whose resistance is lowered by adding a dopant substance as a filler. The glass powder consisting of, by weight, 60-80% PbO, 8-15% B2O3, 10-15% ZnO, 1-5% SiO2, 0-5% BaO and 0-5% Al2O3 is preferably used. The BaTiO3 crystal material contg. 0.01-0.5wt% >=1 kind of dopant selected from Nb2O5, Ta2O5, La2O3, Sb2O3, MnO2, CoO and CuO is preferably used.
