PURPOSE:To reduce the transmitting time of image information by abolishing a fill bit for adjusting the time among image encoding signals and arranging an idle signal that complements time delay between a transmitter-receiver at every frame. CONSTITUTION:Encoding data DATA1-16 for one line consist of only image data without inserting a fill bit regardless of minimum transmitting time. And the image is transmitted by transmitting plural frames setting the encoding data having share of prescribed lines DATA1-16 as one frame. Furthermore, the idle signal is arranged between every frame to complement the time delay between the transmitter-receiver. And an apport pattern is sent as a completion signal behind the last frame.
