PURPOSE:To lower a temperature condition in a surfacing device for submerged body use as well as to improve a degree of heat resisting capacity, by vaporizing a liquid in a tubular part with high temperature gas to be produced with powder exploded, while feeding this to a float, inflating this float large, and making the submerged body rise to the surface. CONSTITUTION:Powder 1 is exploded by a gas generating device GM in the tubular part 2b closed by both end plates 4 and an outer tube 2a. A liquid 1a in this tubular part 2b is made into heat exchange with the powder combustion gas whereby it comes to vapor. This combustion gas, whose temperature drops due to the heat exchange, and the mixed gas of vapor remove a plug 2d, passing through an interconnecting hole 2c, and flows into a float 3 being airtightly attached to an outer circumference 2a with a setting ring 3a. This float 3 becomes inflated as shedding casings 5a-5d till it secures the specified buoyancy, making a submerged body rise to the surface. At this time, temperature in the mixed gas flowing into the float 3 drops to the extent of less than heat resisting temperature of a float material so that there is no heating damage to the float 3, thus heat resistance is improved.
