PURPOSE:To high accurately position a substrate, by providing driving rails, for positioning the substrate, and a table driving means on a rotary table, load ing the printed substrate to be held in the captioned mechanism, while equipping the driving means with a pair of reference rollers and a pressing means. CONSTITUTION:A parts mounting device provides on its base a supporting bed 3. The device provides on the supporting bed 3 track rails 37, 38, for holding a substrate 36 in its both sides to be driven and fed further positioning the substrate, on rotary tables 18, 19 loading the substrate 36 to be held. Further a driving means, driving the rotary tables 18, 19, provides plural rollers 23, containing a pair of reference rollers 22, respectively engaging with the rotary tables 18, 19 in their periphery and rotatably supporting these rotary tables 18, 19, while air cylinders 42 pressing the rotary tables 18, 19, when they reach a predetermined rotary angular position, to the reference rollers 22. Accordingly, the device, if the substrate 36 reaches the parts mounting position, high accurately positions the substrate by the reference roller 22 and the air cylinder 42.
