PURPOSE:To take out fuel directly other than a main pipe without making a fuel tank body subject to working, by setting up an auxiliary pipe, which interconnects the inside and outside of a tank and makes the inflow port project upward from a tank bottom part, in a drain pipe of a drain plug. CONSTITUTION:A drain plug 4 provided with an innerly hollowed drain pipe 40 interconnecting the inside and outside of a tank is attached to a tank bottom part 11 with a screw. And, a drain injection port 43 is installed in an inside end of the drain pipe 40, while a drain valve 44 is connected to an outside end, operating its drain cock 45, and moisture or the like id discharged out of a discharge port 46. On the other hand, an almost L-shaped first auxiliary pipe 5 is set up in the drain pipe 40, and this upper end is projected out of the tank bottom part 11 and an inflow port is installed in an inner part of the tank. A side wall of the drain pipe 40 is pierced through outward in the point midway in a low part and an outflow port 51 is formed, to which a second auxiliary pipe is connected via a coupling 7. In consequence, at an optional spot other than a main pipe, fuel not inclusive of the drain can be easily taken out.
