PURPOSE:To perform the holding of an armrest and its screwing in a stable manner, by making a driver of a screwing device have a function as a finger in addition to a screwing function, while forming a tapped hole of the armrest into a holding system as a holding part. CONSTITUTION:When a handling command is emitted, a hand 11 goes to receive an armrest W located at a stand-by position, inserting sockets 14a and 15a of screwing units 14 and 15 into the tapped hole H. And, with action of an air cylinder 19, the screwing unit 14 on one side is slidden in a B1 direction, holding the armrest W between both sockets 14a and 15a. Next, the hand 11 handles the armrest W up to a setting position in a door panel D and positions it thereat. If so, the screwing unit 14 goes back to a B2 direction, adjusting a pitch between both these sockets 14a and 15a to a pitch between tapped holes at the door panel side. In succession, each of these sockets 14a and 15a extends or rotates, performing screwing operations.
