PURPOSE:To simply contain and taking out a disk by fitting an upper cover having a pressure part on a containing case and installing in a containing box a clamp spring which fixes the center hole of the disk without contacting said hole when the upper cover is opened and fixed it in such a way that it is pressed by the pressure part and deformed when the upper cover is closed. CONSTITUTION:When the disk 5 is contained in the containing cassette, the upper cover 7 is opened to place the disk 5 on a disk stand 11. Since the inner diameter L of the center hole 17 is larger then the outer diameter l3 of a clamp spring 15a, the disk 5 will not contact the clamp spring 15a. When the upper cover 7 is closed, the spring 15a is pushed by the pressure part 19 to bend in a horizontal direction and abuts on the center hole 17 to fix the disk 5, because the outer diameter l3 of the pressure part 19 is larger than the inner diameter l2 of the spring 15a. Accordingly the disk 5 can be easily contained and taken out.
