PURPOSE:To provide a hair cosmetic containing a specific cationic surfactant, a polyalkylene glycol ether and a fatty acid alkylol amide at specific ratios, having excellent hair-fixing capability, low strickiness and excellent combining easiness and capable of easily straightening the disarranged hair in the morning. CONSTITUTION:The titled hair cosmetic can be produced by compounding (A) 0.05-30wt% one or more cationic surfactants of formula I-formula III (one of R1-R4 is 8-22C alkyl or 8-22C hydroxyalkyl and the remainers are 1-3C alkyl, 1-3C hydroxyalkyl or benzyl; X1 and X2 are halogen, methylsulfate group or ethylsulfate group; 2-3 groups in R5-R7 are 8-20C alkyl and the remainer is methyl, ethyl or hydroxyethyl; n is integer of 3-10; R8 is 8-22C alkyl; R9 is 2-22C alkyl) with (B) 0.1-30wt% polyalkylene glycol ether or its derivative and (C) 0.01-5wt% fatty acid alkylol amide. The ratio of A/C is 2/8-8/2.
