PURPOSE:To make it possible to open and close a shade with a samll operating force, by arranging a passenger's side opening section and the shade such that their front edges are lower than their rear edges with respect to a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION:The front edge 14 of a passenger's side opening section 13 formed in a frame 12 is positioned lower than the rear edge 15 thereof with respect to a vehicle body. Further, a shade 17 is extended inclined at the same angle as the inclined angle of the imaginary line A connecting between the front and rear edges 14, 15 of the opening section 13, with respected to the horizontal line. With this arrangement welts 16 provided to the front and rear edges 14, 15 of the opening section 13 abuts against the shape 17 only when it is fully opened, but it does not make into contact with the shade during opening and closing operation. Accordingly, it is possible to decrease the slide resistance of the shade, thereby it is possible to reduce the operating force thereof.
