The discharge fitting exhibits a weight body (26) which, when a partial flushing is triggered, is lifted up together with the valve body (14). The weight body (26) bears on the lifted valve body and pushes the latter downwards, counter to the buoyancy force of a float arrangement (13), onto the valve seat (5), with the result that only some of the water present in the flushing cistern flows out. When a full flushing is triggered, the valve tube (14), but not the weight body (26), is lifted up. In this case, the valve tube (14) falls in a conventional manner, after the flushing cistern has been totally emptied, onto the valve seat (5). <IMAGE>
