PURPOSE:To attain easy production of a sequence control program for a batch production process with reduced errors despite the complicated universal production facilities, by providing a production mechanism for the sequence control programs of plural similar processes. CONSTITUTION:A designated module is selected 63 out of a standard program group 60 before production of a control module for a universal process based on a signal A designating 62 modules. Then a designated module parameter is selected 65 out of an equipment parameter/numerical parameter group 61 and the equipment corresponding to each treatment process is selected by a selection mechanism 72 according to the signal of a treatment process start/end point designating mechanism 71 as well as the universal production facilities information 67. Then the relation is secured between both contents of mechanisms 72 and 65 by the signal of a numerical parameter designating mechanism 75. While the correspondence is secured between the parameter of a designated module and the equipment by means of a correspondence securing mechanism 74. The correspondence is secured between the contents of both mechanisms 74 and 63 by a program production mechanism. Thus a specific specification program is obtained.
